📦 Order Processing & Shipping Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

• In some cases, due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, supply chain issues, or holidays), shipping times may decrease or increase.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

🚨 If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 10 business days, please reach out to us at admin@apexpeptides.net.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

💡 Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

✔ Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

✔ We cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order has been processed.

✔ If an incorrect address was provided, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

❌ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Apex Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

✔ Check with neighbors or household members.

✔ Contact the carrier for further assistance.

✔ File a claim with the shipping provider if necessary.
